Non-Profit Status

CommonBond Communities is a nonprofit, federally registered 501(c)(3) organization. Your contribution is tax-deductible in accordance with the Internal Revenue code. Eighty-two percent of CommonBond's annual expenses go directly to support programs and services to residents, which is well within the Charities Review Council of Minnesota's minimum of 70 percent. CommonBond has been reviewed by the Charities Review Council and meets all Accountability Standards.
