Lexington Commons Apartments is a 48-unit homeless housing development in St Paul. CommonBond is in the process of renovating the former nursing home into efficiency apartments and service space. Residents will be individuals who have experienced homelessness and are prepared to live in a supportive, sober environment. Supportive services coordinated and provided by Advantage Services will help residents maintain housing stability and improve their economic and social lives. Residents will pay 30% of their income towards rent. Section 8 vouchers and operating/service subsidies will cover the remaining expenses.
