Annual Fund

For over 40 years, CommonBond has been providing affordable housing with life-enhancing services. Donations to CommonBond’s Annual Fund provides the base of stability (HOME) for families, seniors and people living with disabilities and the lifeline through providing the essential on-site services.. The impact of your Annual Fund donation is that 95% of CommonBond kids are graduating from high school, seniors age in place and residents find and advance in their jobs.

• 93% of CommonBond youth that participated in youth programs graduated from high school on time
• Over 46,000 volunteer hours were served: the equivalent of 22 full time employees.
• 2,000 youth were served in our Advantage Centers.
• 725 seniors remained in their homes due to services they received from our Advantage Service staff and service provider partners.
