Instructions for Applying

• Print the Housing Application form.
• Complete the form in its entirety. Leave nothing blank or the application may be returned to you.
• Identify properties to which you are interested in applying. (Click on the property name to find their phone number and mailing address.)
• Call the site manager's office to arrange an appointment or to discuss housing that may meet your needs.
• Make one copy of the completed Housing Application for each community to which you are applying. Make sure you keep a copy for yourself.
• Deliver the form in person during appropriate office hours, or if the site accepts applications through the mail, send it to their mailing address. Keep a list of the communities where you applied.
