Advantage Services

Resident services at CommonBond are called Advantage Services.  Advantage Services are designed to provide tools, connections to local community resources, and support for families to help make your CommonBond housing experience a foundation to build success, or, for seniors and people with disabilities to maintain your independence.

Advantage Services are available for all residents free of charge at Advantage Centers located on-site within each CommonBond housing community and may vary from site to site depending on resident needs. Help finding employment, help with homework, and on-site health and wellness clinics are a few examples of the services that you and family members may find at your Advantage Center.  Advantage Services are staffed by dedicated, credentialed professionals and trained volunteers who are here to add value and quality to your rental experience.  

Advantage Services offers services for three basic groups of residents:

	Youth services engage youth in high quality, consistent, and intentional programs by partnering with youth, parents, schools, and community resources.
	Services for seniors and persons with disabilities are designed to help senior residents and residents with disabilities to live independently for longer.
	Family services are designed to support adult and family success by helping to identify and support personal and family goals and connect you with on-site and community resources needed to overcome barriers to achieving those goals.
