Housing programs make it possible for low and median-income earners to live in safe, quality apartments and townhomes. Most of our housing includes supportive services for children, families, and seniors.
Section 8 Housing
For low-income earners. Rents are subsidized under the Section 8 and Section 202 Subsidy programs. Those applicants who income qualify will pay only 30% of their monthly-adjusted income fo housing.
Section 42/Tax Credit Housing
For median-income earners. Income limits apply: qualified applicants will pay lower than market rents. These programs include Section 42/Tax Credit and Section 236.
Market Rate Housing
Rent is based on market value. No income limits or restrictions apply. |
